Champagne Brut Spécial Cuvée Bollinger

The Bollinger Spécial Cuvée champagne is composed of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier.
All the grapes are exclusively selected from the Premiers and Grand Crus of Champagne.
The reserve wines are fermented in barrels and stored in magnums. More than 600,000 magnums up to 15 years old are then used to make the cuvée.
Finesse and smoothness, the nose multiplies aromatic complexity with fruity and spicy flavors.
