Champagne Royale Non Dosé Philipponnat

The Champagne Royale Non Dosé Philipponnat has a pale yellow dress. In the nose, we find ripe white fruits, white peach and apple which dominate, with a fresh and charming bouquet.
On the palate, fine bubbles, a rich and greedy palate, with a tonic and acidic finish, enhanced by a small honeyed note of candied fruits.
Served at around 10°C as an aperitif, it will accompany white meat, fish in cream sauce and hard cheese.
