Abondance Fermière

The Abondance from Beillevaire is a cheese originally used as currency by the church.
In the mouth, this fruity cheese offers notes of pineapple, apricot, and hazelnut with a slight bitterness at the end. 
On the nose, we find a smell of mushroom, cave and gentian.
