Frozen Lime Puree - Ponthier

This frozen lime puree has a delicious, acidic and fresh taste. Limes are sensitive to cold, they are therefore more widely cultivated in tropical regions. Ponthier sources their lemons in Mexico. They select varieties which exude delicious and aromatic notes. 

Uses: 

Harvested at perfect maturity, the lime puree is ideal in cooking, pastry, bar, sorbets, ice creams, confectionery or in cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, inserts and mousses
