Rosemary

Rosemary is native from the Mediterranean basin. Its leaves resemble dark green needles and have a slightly camphorated fragrance and a pungent flavor. It is used fresh and in small quantities in order not to overshadow the smell of other ingredients. Rosemary is part of the herbs of Provence. It is ideal to flavor stewed and grilled dishes.
