Broccollini

Broccolini is a green vegetable similar to broccoli. It has smaller flowers and longer thin stems. Although often confused with baby broccoli, it is a cross between broccoli and kai-lan or Chinese broccoli. Its flavor is mild with notes of broccoli and asparagus.
