Comté AOP 18-24 months is an iconic cheese from the Franche-Comté region in France. It is a hard, cooked pressed cheese known for its firm texture and ivory to golden yellow color, speckled with small salt crystals known as tyrosine.

This cheese develops subtle flavors of dried fruits and hazelnut, enriched through cellar aging. Its taste is both sweet and fruity, with a slight hint of saltiness towards the finish.
