Picodon d'Ardèche

Picodon d'Ardèche

Packaging: PC

Picodon d'Ardèche is a small, flavorful French cheese produced in the Ardèche region of southeastern France. Made from unpasteurized goat's milk, it has a distinctively sharp and tangy flavor with earthy undertones.

The Picodon d'Ardèche can be enjoyed at all stages of maturation. Fresh, 14 days after renneting, semi-aged when it develops the most aromas, or dry if you seek intensity. Its taste is simple, and its texture can be supple or even firm when aged. The paste is white to creamy white, and its natural bloomy rind is thin and wrinkled.
