Tête de Moine

Tête de Moine

Packaging: KG

Tête de Moine, which translates to "Monk's Head," is a semi-hard Swiss cheese with a distinctive cylindrical shape

The Tête de Moine cheese can be served in the form of rosettes. These thin slices subtly reveal the fine and complex flavors of the Tête de Moine. It features floral notes, inherited from the rich pastures of the Bernese Jura. Originating from the Bellelay Abbey in French-speaking Switzerland, this very old cheese was once used by monks as a means of payment. This cheese is globally renowned for its quality.
